David Hughes
David started working for Gearbox UK in 1992, joined the partnership in 2008, and on his father’s passing set up the Limited Company in October 2018. David is Gearbox UK! Over the last 18 months he has initialised a renovation project to include a dedicated office and waiting room, and a full makeover to the front of the garage.

Joe Hughes
Joe is 3rd generation Gearbox UK. He was introduced into the family business in February 2016 as a trainee mechanic and, like his father and grandfather, has always had a keen interest in anything mechanical. As well as learning the trade, Joe is confident and mature when dealing with customers and suppliers.

Wayne Marshall
Wayne has worked for Gearbox UK since 2004 and has 30 years’ experience as a City & Guilds fully qualified motor mechanic. His knowledge on clutch systems is second to none and he is a valued member of the team with a wealth of experience.
